SINTN Stanford Institute for Neuro-Innovation & Translational Neurosciences

Enabling Core Facilities

A key function of SINTN is to provide facilities and services that will facilitate the efforts and productivity of a broad array of Stanford neuroscientists (faculty, postdoctoral fellows, students, and staff). One important way of achieving this goal is to establish cores: staffed facilities providing services that individual investigators either cannot provide themselves or that, when provided themselves, results in wasteful duplication of effort. SINTN currently has established two cores, with a third in the early planning stages.
