Abstract:
I will  present a new type of cognition I call socially-aware AI, i.e., Artificial Intelligence augmented with Social Intelligence. While this type of cognition is originally developed for trustworthy autonomous vehicles, I will show that it can also be used for neuroscience applications, e.g., serving humans with motor deficits in their daily activities.
