Research topic 1: We investigate mechanisms and treatments for hearing loss in infectious diseases of the ear

Techniques: We use in vitro models, novel animal models of infection and also clinical research of human samples

Research topic 2: We are developing a wearable dizzy attack monitor for a patient in the home

Techniques: We are multidisciplinary between electrical engineering (collecting dizzy attack signals), mechanical engineering / material science (wearability and adhesion), Design (user experience) and clinical (collecting data from patients in the home)

Location: Flexible, with possibilities for remote or on-campus research projects
