Research topics: Finding new treatments for blinding diseases (glaucoma, retinal degeneration)
Techniques: We use mouse models, cell cultures in vitro systems, CRISPR screen, patient-based iPSCs, to model and to identify mechanisms of disease, and possible druggable targets
