Theodore Guo

Theo Guo is a bioinformatics research associate at the Knight Initiative's Brain Resilience Lab, and has a background in chemical engineering and economics. During his undergraduate studies, he conducted bioinformatics research, developing statistical models to predict the delta-delta Gibbs free energy of mutant proteins based on their physicochemical properties, including hydrophobicity, molecular weight, and solubility. Theo also completed industry internships focused on COVID vaccine protein design, where he performed both dry and wet lab analysis and characterization.
