OBJECTIVE: Self-Limited Epilepsy with Centrotemporal Spikes (SeLECTS) is associated with language impairments despite seizures originating in the motor cortex, suggesting aberrant cross-network interactions. Here we tested whether functional connectivity in SeLECTS during language tasks predicts language performance.
