All studies are conducted by the NPIL director, and live animal studies must use animals that have either been quarantined on campus (12 weeks) prior to imaging or have been ordered directly from approved vendors. Director support includes protocol design, animal ordering (animal costs and housing are additional), experimental set-up and data report preparation.
External for profit use is limited to 15% of actual magnet usage, so availability may be limited.
