Sabrina Jones

Sabrina Jones earned her B.S. in Physics and a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Arkansas, where she investigated the relationship between scale-free neuronal and behavioral dynamics in mice. She is currently a PhD student in Stanford’s Neuroscience Interdepartmental Program, working in the lab of Jay McClelland. Sabrina’s research focuses on understanding how biological systems learn efficiently by identifying the neuronal architectures and plasticity mechanisms that drive these processes. Supported by an Interdisciplinary Graduate Fellowship from the Wu Tsai Neurosciences Institute, she combines computational modeling with systems neuroscience experiments to explore these fundamental questions.
