Advancing the frontiers of neuroscience. The Center for MBCT seeks to further the sciences of mind and brain and to develop applications that enhance functional outcomes for those with disabilities or disorders.

Building a new science of brain resilience. The Phil and Penny Knight Initiative for Brain Resilience at Wu Tsai Neuro is a campus-wide initiative dedicated to building a new science of resilient brain aging and combating age-related neurological diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and ALS.
Neurosciences Theory Center
The Neurosciences Theory Center at Stanford’s Wu Tsai Neurosciences Institute brings together a community of researchers spanning systems neuroscience, cognitive psychology, statistics, AI, and data science with a shared interest in understanding how our mental lives and behavior arise from neural computation.
