Allison Dupzyk

Allison Dupzyk is a Senior Scientist at the Knight Initiative's Brain Resilience Lab, where she applies her background in virology and cell biology to address outstanding questions about viruses and their role in aging. Allie completed her postdoctoral training with Jan Carette in Stanford's Department of Microbiology and Immunology. There, she developed novel, viral-inclusive single-cell RNA sequencing to study host factor differences across divergent flaviviruses. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Michigan with Billy Tsai, where her passion for cell biology began.
