Audrey Nguyen-Hoang

2022 NeURO Trainee
Biology & Psychology

Audrey Nguyen-Hoang (‘25) is a freshman at Stanford who is planning to major in Biology and Psychology. Her passion and curiosity for medicine and neuroscience are at the heart of her aspiration to become a physician. As a NeURO fellow, she will be conducting research in the Maduke Lab, investigating the molecular mechanisms of CLC-2, the most broadly expressed voltage-gated chloride-selective channel in the brain. Outside of the lab, Audrey is a committee member of the Health Education branch of the Asian Pacific American Medical Student Association, a core member of the Asian Women’s Alliance, a Public Relations Intern for SVSA, and a Granada Dorm Senator. You can catch her around campus taking photos for The Stanford Daily or performing with the Common Origins dance team.
