Hayden Kang

Undeclared ('29)

Hayden Kang (‘29) is a prospective Biomedical Computation major with a concentration in Simulation. Due to a family member with autism and a parent who worked in the field, he has been intrigued by the brain since he was little. He now aspires to become a physician-scientist that both treats patients and conducts research on neurological disorders.

Hayden joined the Wu Tsai Neurosciences Institute as a 2026 NeURO Fellow, researching the proteomic underpinnings of postoperative delirium and Alzheimer’s disease under Dr. Miles Berger.

On campus, Hayden is involved with the Stanford Undergraduate Research Journal, Reformed University Fellowship, and Alzheimer’s Alliance. In his free time, Hayden enjoys playing the cello in a string quintet and learning to golf.
