Neuroimaging Pilot Grants

Jieun Kim and Günther, the Neuroscience Preclinical Imaging Lab MRI

The Neurosciences Preclinical Imaging Laboratory at the Wu Tsai Neurosciences Institute invites the Stanford research community to submit applications for our NPIL Neuroimaging Pilot Grant program.

The goal of the grant program is to encourage investigators of all levels to explore the possibilities of MR imaging for their research, whether this is your first time using neuroimaging, or you are an experienced MRI researcher who wishes to pilot a novel technique or gather preliminary data for a new research direction.

We encourage applications from junior faculty or established investigators who wish to apply neuroimaging to enhance their research.  Postdocs and students are welcome to apply with their PI as the submitter.

We are grant awards of up to $5K each to be used for NPIL services.

Our first round of awardees were announced in April 15, 2022 at the inaugural NPIL Symposium.
