Meet the 2024 Center for Mind, Brain, Computation and Technology Student Members
Progress in neuroscience research often happens at the intersection of disciplines. The Wu Tsai Neurosciences Institute’s Mind, Brain, Computation and Technology (MBCT) student membership program is built on this idea, supporting PhD students as they step beyond their departmental boundaries and integrate experimental, computational, and technical methods into their research.
MBCT student members engage with Stanford’s interdisciplinary community, gaining access to workshops, seminars, and symposia that challenge them to think across fields. Advancing their research, these trainees will learn complementary yet diverse approaches to help them develop into innovators in neuroscience. In 2024, we welcome 19 fellows whose research spans psychology, biology, physics, applied physics, electrical engineering, bioengineering, and neuroscience.
