Pathways to Neurosciences Mentors

Pathways trainees have access to one-on-one faculty sessions, which they self-select according to their questions and needs regarding mentorship, scientific advancement, and networking.

Pathways mentors make themselves available to meet with multiple trainees each quarter. Pathways trainees are expected to meet with mentors at least once a quarter so they can get to know mentors and solicit advice about their careers. Trainees are free to schedule meetings with multiple Pathways mentors — in fact, this is encouraged as each participant might be seeking different types of advice at different points in their trajectory.
